The hotel provided efficient service. The front desk staff were helpful with check-in, and the bar staff were friendly. I particularly appreciated the laundry service, it was quick and efficient.

The minibar was empty , i would have preferred it was stocked.

the location is perfect, right in the heart of everything i wanted to see. i found the metro station convenient, it's just a short walk. the staff was helpful and very friendly throughout my visit.

the air conditioning was a little tricky to figure out at first.

i stayed for three nights. the staff stood out most they were genuinely attentive, they cared. the front desk had a natural way of making me feel welcome not just as a guest. everything was super clean in the room and the hotel. the room felt fresh every time i walked in, i loved the quiet difference.

i noticed the air conditioning in the room wasn't working quite right upon arrival. i contacted the front desk. someone came up within a reasonable timeframe. they fixed the problem. however, it was still a slight inconvenience at the beginning of my stay.
